Business inquiries

When you submit an inquiry, we receive the contact, company, country, buyer type, product interest and message details you provide. We use these details to respond to your inquiry and discuss products, samples or cooperation. Formspree processes the form and delivers it to our email inbox. If you contact us through WhatsApp or your email service, that provider also processes the communication.

We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as needed for the business discussion and applicable record-keeping obligations. To ask about or request deletion of your inquiry details, contact levenger257@qq.com.

Optional website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, traffic sources, approximate visitor locations, device information and actions such as successful inquiry submissions or clicks on our email and WhatsApp links. A link click does not tell us whether you sent a message.

Analytics uses cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits. We configure these cookies with a lifetime of up to 180 days. We do not send the contents of inquiry forms, names, email addresses, phone numbers or messages as analytics event data. We do not enable advertising personalization in this website integration.

Google processes analytics data to provide the service. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Our service providers may process information outside your country.

Analytics is off until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Reject analytics” does not affect browsing or inquiry submission. Use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics and reloads this page; it does not automatically erase data already processed.
